In line with Sana’a University’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of the educational process and develop the academic environment, a team from the Academic Development Center & Quality Assurance (ADCQA) conducted a field visit to the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Sana’a. The purpose of the visit was to assess the level of infrastructure and educational readiness and identify the Faculty’s developmental needs.
\nThe Quality Assurance team was welcomed by Mr. Ali Hamoud Meqdam, Faculty Secretary, and Mr. Abdo Ahmed Al-Qadasi, Director of Services and Maintenance. Throughout the visit, the team reviewed the readiness of classrooms, laboratories, and educational and administrative facilities, and evaluated the level of adherence to quality standards and academic accreditation.<\/h3>\n

The field assessment included an extensive tour of the main Faculty building, during which the team inspected the teaching halls, laboratories, administrative offices, and the Faculty Museum. The focus was on reviewing recent improvements and assessing the efficiency of the equipment and infrastructure supporting the educational process.
\nThe committee was accompanied by Mr. Ali Meqdam, Mr. Abdo Al-Qadasi, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Ali, Secretary of the Faculty Museum, who provided a comprehensive explanation of the readiness level and recent developments in the halls, labs, and the museum. They affirmed the commitment of the Faculty leadership and its academic and administrative staff to providing a suitable learning environment that meets the needs of students, faculty members, and their assistants.
\nThe evaluation process specifically included a review of the readiness of classrooms, instructional screens, and the electrical and network systems, in addition to assessing the level of services provided to students in the academic, administrative, technical, and photocopying fields.<\/h3>\n

The ADCQA team confirmed that this visit is part of the Center’s plans aimed at improving performance and elevating the quality of education across the University’s faculties, foremost among them the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. The team stressed the importance of continuing development work and updating educational resources to support the teaching and research process and enhance the efficiency of the academic outcomes.<\/h3>\n
