to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Edit and produce the manuscript in a sound scholarly manner, ensuring accurate verification and annotation.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Produce the manuscript in a sound scholarly form and ensuring proper verification, annotation, and study.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Introduce the author as a distinguished scholarly figure and highlight his juristic opinions and deductions.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Present and clarify the methodology adopted by the author throughout these Fatawa.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>The study yielded a number of key findings summarized as follows:<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Sulaiman bin Yahya bin Omar Maqbool Al-Ahdal excelled in a wide \u200erange of sciences and disciplines.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>His Fatawa constitute a valuable scholarly treasure, in which the author compiled \u200enumerous benefits and insightful annotations.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The author demonstrated extensive knowledge and drew upon a large number of \u200ereferences and sources.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The author cited and referenced the opinions of a large number of scholars and \u200ejurists, over two hundred in this part alone.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The Fatawa include numerous preferences and determinations of Shafi\u2018i jurists, along with the author\u2019s own juristic preferences.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The author possessed mastery in multiple fields of knowledge, which is clearly \u200ereflected in his Fatawa.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Al-Ahdal adopted a clear methodology in presenting sound Prophetic traditions and \u200edemonstrating how they are used as evidence for legal rulings.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>He also followed a systematic method in presenting weak narrations and explaining \u200ethe manner in which they are used in argumentation.\u200e<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>In light of these findings, the researcher recommended:<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Compiling a global inventory of manuscripts and their locations, along with cataloguing the titles of works already edited.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Facilitating exchange procedures between libraries and universities for manuscript reproduction and access.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Editing and publishing the major scholarly heritage of Sulaiman bin Yahya bin Omar Maqbool Al-Ahdal, as most of his works remain in manuscript form.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Studying Yemeni scholars and their methodologies in Islamic jurisprudence\u200e, its Foundations, and other scientific fields through their writings.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Conducting a comprehensive academic study on the life and scholarly contributions of Sulaiman bin Yahya bin Omar Maqbool Al-Ahdal.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Encouraging researchers and students to devote greater attention to the scholarly verification of classical manuscripts and authored works.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>The dissertation defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, and specialists, students, colleagues, and the researcher\u2019s
