Prof. Dr.-Ing Axel Sikora, Scientific Director ivESK- Offenburg University, Germany.

Prof. Dr. -Ing. Axel Sikora received the Dipl.-Ing. (equivalent to M.Sc.) and Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. (equivalent to MBA) degrees from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 1995 and 1997, respectively. His doctoral thesis was on the design of high-temperature circuits using silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technologies with Fraunhofer IMS, Duisburg, Germany. After several positions in telecom and semiconductor industry, he joined Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative University, Stuttgart, Germany, in 1999, and Offenburg University, Offenburg, Germany, in 2011, as an Associate Professor, where he is the Scientific Director of the Institute of Reliable Systems and Communication Electronics (ivESK). Since 2016, he has also been a Deputy Member of the Board with the Hahn-Schickard Institute, Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. He has authored nearly 300 scientific articles and holds several patents. Dr. Sikora is a member of manifold international program committees

Dr. Nayef Alduais, Center of Intelligent and Autonomous Systems (CIAS), Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Malaysia.

Dr. Nayef Alduais is an Assistant Professor and Principal Researcher with over ten years of experience in Computer Science and Engineering, specializing in IoT, AI, and edge computing. His academic credentials include a Doctorate and a Master’s in Communication & Computer Engineering, along with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering. Dr. Alduais has earned several professional certifications, including “TS Professional Technologist” by the Malaysian Board of Technologists. His programming expertise spans multiple languages and systems. His academic roles include teaching and mentoring at UTHM, focusing on IoT and related subjects. Dr. Alduais also has significant industry experience as an IoT Engineer and Consultant. His leadership responsibilities at UTHM encompass course coordination and curriculum development. He has received grants for his research in IoT and Smart City applications and has held various editorial and chair positions at conferences and journals. His accolades include Best Paper Awards and multiple Excellence Awards. Dr. Alduais boasts an extensive publication record in WoS and Scopus indexed journals, making substantial contributions to the fields of IoT, WSN, and AI.

Assoc. Prof. Fuad H. Abdulrazzak, Thamar University, Yemen.

Assoc. Prof.  Fua’ad Hasan Abdulrazzak, Associate Professor, Faculty of Computers and Informatics, Thamar University, Yemen. Currently, he is working as the Academic advisor of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Executive Director of Yemen Center for Information Technology in Higher Education (YCIT-HE), and dean of computer and IT faculty, Saba University. In addition, former deputy dean and head of the IT department in the Faculty of Computers and Informatics, Thamar University. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Zarqa University (ZU), Jordan, in 2001. He received his M.S. and PhD degrees in Computer Science University Putra Malaysia, in 2005 and 2012 respectively. His area of research includes parallel and distributed computing, fiber optics, resource management, Cloud computing & IoT, and performance modelling and analysis. He has lectured many courses in networks and communication technology in addition to supervising many thesis in the same area.

Dr. AbdulRahman Alsewari, Birmingham City University, UK.

Dr. AbdulRahman  A.Alsewari  received his Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering from University Science Malaysia (USM), Pinang, Malaysia in 2012. He has more than 11 years Research and Teaching experience in the domain of Computer Engineering and Computer Science. Currently, he is a Machine Learning lab leader, Seminar Coordinator and a senior lecturer at School of Computing and Digital Technology, Birmingham City University. He was an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Computing, University Malaysia Pahang (UMP), where he has conducted Undergraduate and Masters Courses and supervised more than 50 B.Sc., 3 M.Sc. and 5 PhD students. He worked as a Research Fellow with Universiti Sains Malaysia since 2007 until 2012. He has led several projects funded by the Malaysian Ministry of higher education and University UMP. Currently, He is a member of a research group that submitted TWO bids (ONE funded by ESPR UKRI, and ONE KTP with Fedex). He has developed excellent track record of academic leadership as well as management and execution of international ICT projects that are supported by Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Dr. AbdulRahman has received number of prestigious international research awards, notably the excellent service award (APC) year 2020 for the quality & innovation UMP, the Best Paper Award at Softec2012 (Malaysia), ICSRS2018 (Spain), Best Supervisor Award at UMP, Awards in International Exhibitions including Special award and Gold in SIIF2018 Korea 2018, Gold BiS’17 UK, Most Commercial IT Innovation Award, Malaysia. Dr. AbdulRahman has co-authored of around 50 prestigious IEEE and Elsevier journal (e.g., IEEE, Natural Springer, Elsevier etc.) and conference publications (e.g., IEEE, Springer, etc.) and has served as an Advisory Board Member, Editor (IJSECS), Organizing Committee, Chair, Session Chair, Program Committee and Member of Technical Program Committee (TPC) in numerous leading conférences worldwide (e.g., IEEE ITSS-IoE2022, IEEE ITSS-IoE2021, IEEE ETCCE, IRICT 2014-2020, ICOCIN2020, ICSCA2017-2020 etc.) and Journals. He is a FHEA, a Fellow of IBM Center of Excellence and Earth Resources & Sustainability Center, Professional Technologist at Malaysia Board of Technology (MBOT), and a Senior Member of IEEE

Dr. Ali Nosary, Faculty of Engineering, Sana’a University, Chief Executive Officer of Teleyemen, a Telecom Company, Yemen.

Dr. Ali Nagi Nosary Chief Executive Officer at Teleyemen and an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Engineering, Sana’a University. His research interests are in signal processing, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence and coding. He has been working as an ICT consultant at the ministry of telecommunications and other ministries. He was nominated as Director General of Yemen Telecom (PTC) from august 2007 to march 2012. Through this position, he was the Chairman of Yemen Mobile, vice chairman of TeleYemen, board member of the Post Authority during that period.

Dr. Vikas Tukaram Humbe, School of Technology, S. R.T. M. University, Nanded, India.

Dr. Vikas Tukaram Humbe is an Associate Professor and Director at Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, India. With over 18 years of teaching and research experience, he has published extensively in various computer science areas. Humbe is involved in academic collaborations and program organization. He served as a reviewer for various universities in Maharashtra and other states. Member of IAET, ISCA, and IEEE, has participated in numerous conferences and workshops, has been a reviewer for various journals and has published extensively in reputable journals and conferences.
