Under the auspices of Sana\u2019a University\u2019s Rector, Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, Faculty of \u200eComputer and Information Technology organized a training workshop titled \u201cCourse File and \u200eReport: Fundamental Pillars of Educational Quality\u201d on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The workshop \u200ewas conducted via Zoom platform in coordination with the Center for Academic Development and \u200eQuality Assurance.\u200e<\/p>\n

This workshop falls within the Faculty\u2019s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of the educational \u200eprocess and improve academic documentation practices in accordance with institutional and \u200eprogram accreditation requirements.\u200e<\/p>\n

In the training session, Prof. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, a faculty member and member of the Academic \u200eAccreditation Council lectured the participants and presented the core concepts of course files and \u200ereports. He elaborated on key components and preparation mechanisms of such course files and \u200ereports and their role in documenting educational performance and meeting academic quality and \u200eaccreditation standards. Prof. Al-Hamdi also highlighted practical and applied examples to illustrate \u200ebest practices.\u200e<\/p>\n

The presentation emphasized the integration between the course specification, the course file, \u200eand the course report. Prof. Al-Hamdi outlined a systematic approach to their preparation and \u200ehighlighted their significance in self-assessment and continuous academic improvement.\u200e<\/p>\n

The workshop was moderated by Prof. Mansour Noman and Dr. Kholoud Al-Nasser, who \u200eorganized interactive discussions and facilitated dialogue and exchanges among the participating \u200efaculty members and their assistants.\u200e<\/p>\n

The workshop witnessed active participation, featuring interactive activities, opinion polls, and \u200edirect Q&A segments that reflected the participants\u2019 keen interest in applying the workshop \u200econtent to their academic practices.\u200e<\/p>\n

At the end of the workshop, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Ahmed Al-Shalabi, underscored the \u200eimportance of the workshop in supporting academic staff and enhancing learning outcomes \u200ethrough structured documentation and academic evaluation tools. He expressed appreciation for \u200ethe contributions of deputy deans, department heads, faculty members, and their assistants, and \u200ecommended Prof. Sharaf Al-Hamdi for his distinguished academic presentation.\u200e
