Ms. Ameera Taha Yaseen Al-Adimi \u200e<\/strong>was awarded a PhD<\/strong> degree in Computing and Information Science <\/strong>for her dissertation titled: An Integrated Framework for Successful Implementation of Business Intelligence Systems in Yemeni Telecommunications Institutions\u200e<\/em><\/strong>, which was submitted to the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Computer and Information Technology \u2013 Sana\u2019a University. The dissertation defense was held on Saturday, March 14, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The PhD Viva-Voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n

The dissertation aimed to:<\/p>\n

  • Propose an integrated framework to ensure successful implementation of \u200eBusiness Intelligence (BI) systems in the telecommunications sector\u200e.\u200e\u200e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The study yielded several key findings summarized as follows:<\/p>\n

    • The success of BI system implementation depends on a combination of \u200eorganizational, technological, and environmental factors. \u200e<\/li>\n
    • Emphasis was placed on the importance of system quality and information service \u200equality in achieving successful outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n

      In light of these findings, the researcher presented several recommendations directed at entrepreneurs, \u200etelecommunications sector managers, service providers, and policymakers to \u200eenhance the adoption of BI systems and maximize their benefits\u200e<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      The dissertation defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, and specialists, students, colleagues, and the researcher\u2019s family.<\/p>\n
