In light of the economic and social challenges facing our country, there is an urgent need to ensure the quality of education and develop it in line with international standards. The Quality Assurance Unit undertakes multiple responsibilities aimed at achieving the college\u2019s vision and mission. This strategic plan comes in response to the increasing challenges in the field of higher education and quality requirements. By defining clear goals and developing effective mechanisms, the unit seeks to achieve the college&#8217;s vision of providing distinguished education according to quality standards. This plan represents a roadmap toward continuous improvement and ensuring positive results that contribute to raising the college&#8217;s academic and administrative level and enhancing its position in scientific research and community service.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\" data-path-to-node=\"2\">Since its establishment in 2011, the Quality Unit at the college has sought to fulfill its mission by developing the college&#8217;s academic and administrative quality. By the end of 2019, the training workshop for the process of preparing academic program specifications and course descriptions for all colleges of Sana&#8217;a University was completed. In 2020, the description of programs and courses for all university college programs was finalized. The current strategic plan of the Quality Unit seeks to achieve the college&#8217;s goals related to quality assurance in the college.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\" data-path-to-node=\"3\">The Quality Unit has carried out its tasks and the requirements of the Development and Quality Assurance Center at the university. Among the most prominent achievements of the unit in the past year:<\/p><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"4\"><li style=\"text-align: left\"><p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">The unit completed the self-assessment study.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left\"><p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">The unit prepared the requirement files for applying for institutional accreditation.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left\"><p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">It followed up on the production of course reports.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left\"><p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">It developed the college&#8217;s website according to quality standards.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left\"><p data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">It supervised the study schedules.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"text-align: left\"><p data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">The unit completed the furnishing of the Quality Unit office with two rooms, an archive, and a computer.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"text-align: left\"
