Preparatory Meeting for the Annual Scientific Conference on Graduation Projects and the Sports Exhibition (English Edition) for This Year

An expanded meeting of the Preparatory Committee was held with the Dean of the College as part of the ongoing preparations for convening the Annual Scientific Conference on Graduation Projects and the Sports Exhibition (English Edition) for the academic year 1447 AH (2025/2026). The meeting addressed the organizational and technical arrangements related to the conference and exhibition, with the aim of ensuring their delivery in a manner befitting the College and its academic mission.

The meeting reviewed the objectives of the conference and exhibition, their main themes, and the accompanying programs and activities. It also covered the allocation of responsibilities among subcommittees, the development of an implementation timeline, discussion of logistical and media-related aspects, and mechanisms for engaging students and relevant stakeholders.

During the meeting, the Dean of the College emphasized the importance of teamwork and the need to consolidate efforts to ensure the success of this academic and sporting event, highlighting its effective role in showcasing scientific and sports activities, promoting awareness of the importance of sports within the community, and supporting students’ talents and creativity.
