Dr. Abdulghani Mujahid Mutahhar \u2013 Dean Faculty of Physical Education.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Pro.Dr. Najib Saleh Juaim \u2013 Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Dr. Jaber Al-Bawwab \u2013 Ministry of Youth and Sports.<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<h3>The meeting discussed coordination mechanisms and facilities provided to Ministry employees wishing to enroll in the college&#8217;s programs, in a way that enhances opportunities to develop their capabilities and expand the base of scientifically and professionally qualified people, in a way that serves the youth and sports sectors in Yemen.<\/h3>\r\n<h3>In a related context, it was agreed to prepare for a specialized workshop on job descriptions at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which aims to build an integrated organizational framework that defines the tasks and competencies of each administrative and technical position within the Ministry, its offices and branches.<\/h3>\r\n<h3>The workshop will be attended by a group of specialists in management and institutional planning, in addition to general managers from various sectors of the Ministry, to come up with practical recommendations that contribute to developing institutional performance and raising work efficiency.<\/h3>\r\n<h3>The leaders of Faculty and the ministry stressed the importance of this constructive cooperation, which reflects the serious trend towards advancing the sports sector through academic qualification and continuous
