Ms. Ghaidaa Ismail Mutahar Salah <\/strong><\/span>was awarded a PhD<\/strong> degree in Physical Education <\/strong>for her dissertation titled: Administrative Governance and Its Relationship to the Level of Administrative Performance at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Yemen<\/em><\/strong><\/span>, which was submitted to the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Physical Education \u2013Sana\u2019a University.<\/h3>\n

The dissertation defense was held on Thursday, June 25, 2026.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The dissertation aimed to examine the status of administrative governance and the level of administrative performance within the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and to investigate the nature of the relationship between them.<\/h3>\n

The study found a statistically significant positive correlation between the implementation of administrative governance principles and improved levels of administrative performance.<\/h3>\n

In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following:<\/h3>\n
