Prof. Nabil Mohammed Al-Olofi, external examiner and member.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The study aimed to identify the role of the human resource empowerment strategy in achieving development through banking performance in the Yemeni Islamic banks.<\/p>\n<p>The study revealed several findings, the most important of which are: the existence of a positive role for the human resource empowerment strategy in the Yemeni Islamic banks in achieving development, in addition to the existence of a role for banking performance in achieving development, and that banking performance represents a complementary mediator between the human resource empowerment strategy and development. This clearly indicates a positive role for the human resource empowerment strategy in achieving development through banking performance in the Yemeni Islamic banks.<\/p>\n<p>The study suggested several recommendations, most notably: enhancing the application of the human resource empowerment strategy in banks to improve their performance in order to achieve development goals.<\/p>\n<p>The Viva voce was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, and interested individuals, as well as a number of the researcher&#8217;s colleagues and family members.<\/p>\n<p><img
