The meeting focused on addressing institutional \u200eshortcomings and improving overall performance. \u200e<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was chaired by the Vice-Rector\u2019s Assistant for Graduate Studies, Prof. Huda Ali Al-Emad \u200eand Dean of the Quality Center, with the participation of the Rectors&#8217; Assistant for Centers\u2019 Affairs, \u200eProf. Zaid Al-Warith, Dr. Ahmed Al-Raidi, committee members, and IDRC&#8217;s administration \u200erepresentatives led by the IDRC\u2019s Director, Dr. Halima Jahhaf, along with IDRC\u2019s Deputy Director, \u200eProf. Saleh Humaid, the IDRC\u2019s Secretary, and a number of academic and administrative staff.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>Discussions revolved around enhancing academic, financial, and administrative performance and \u200eovercoming identified deficiencies.
