enhance their administrative and planning skills, the Inclusive Development Research Centre, in cooperation with the Scientific Foundation for the Care of Innovators \u2013 Women\u2019s Sector, is delivering a specialised training course in Strategic Planning, running from 31 January to 4 February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The course aims to increase participants\u2019 understanding of the principles, stages, and modern tools of strategic planning, thereby contributing to improved institutional performance and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives within the Centre\u2019s capacity-building and empowerment programmes.<\/p>\n<p>The training targets a group of female engineers and administrators working in the Women\u2019s Sector of the Scientific Foundation for the Care of Innovators, with the objective of enhancing their professional readiness and contributing to institutional development.<\/p>\n<p>The course is delivered by Dr Halima Jahhaf, Director of the Inclusive Development Research Centre, who presents an intensive training programme that combines theoretical foundations with practical applications in strategic planning.<\/p>\n<p>This activity forms part of the collaborative partnership between the Inclusive Development Research Centre and the Scientific Foundation for the Care of Innovators \u2013 Women\u2019s Sector, reflecting both
