The MA defense was held on <strong>Monday, March 2, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n<p>1 Prof. Saleh Mohammed Hameed,\u200e Internal Examiner,\u00a0 Chair.<br \/>\n2 Dr. Aqeel Abdullah Al-Sermi, \u200e \u200e Main Supervisor, Member.<br \/>\n3 Assoc. Prof. Nabil Mohammed Al-Ulofi, \u200e \u200e External Examiner,\u00a0 Member.<\/p>\n<p>The thesis aimed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Examine the role of multimedia in enhancing the effectiveness of development \u200eprograms implemented by the Small and Micro Enterprise Promotion Service.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>Measure its contribution to achieving the agency\u2019s objectives.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>Identify the tools used and the most influential multimedia elements in its media content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The study yielded several key findings summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A high level of multimedia utilization was found in development campaigns, as reflected in \u200estrong relative weights and high mean scores.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>Short videos and illustrative graphics were highly effective in simplifying concepts \u200eand enhancing audience engagement, receiving the highest evaluations.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>A diversity of tools was employed, including images, videos, infographics, and \u200einteractive content, reflecting a multi-dimensional media strategy.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>The use of colors, animation, and motion graphics was strategically designed to support \u200ecommunication objectives and facilitate understanding of complex information.\u200e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following:\u200e<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhancing interactive content by developing more engaging and user-friendly tools, \u200esuch as interactive storytelling formats and visual polls.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>Organizing training workshops for media teams on understanding social media \u200eplatform algorithms and optimizing content visibility.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>Conducting qualitative studies to analyze audience preferences and tailor content \u200e\u200e<\/li>\n<li>Adopting digital performance indicators to measure impact, such as reach, \u200eengagement, and sharing rates.\u200e<\/li>\n<li>Promoting a culture of innovation within media teams by experimenting with new \u200econtent formats and regularly testing their effectiveness.\u200e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The defense session was attended by a number of academics, researchers,
