The recognition came as part of the first edition (2025\u20132026) of the Arab Women Organization Award.<br \/>\nAl-Habbari shared the award for her thesis entitled \u201cThe Social and Economic Empowerment of Yemeni Women with Disabilities and Its Relationship to Development: A Case Study of the Capital Secretariat (Sana&#8217;a).\u201d The study addressed a critical issue related to the status of Yemeni women, particularly women with disabilities, through an in-depth academic analysis that highlights the strong link between empowerment and the requirements of sustainable development.<br \/>\nThis award is regarded as one of the distinguished initiatives launched by the Arab Women Organization in collaboration with UN Women, with the aim of encouraging specialized academic research on women\u2019s issues in Arab universities. The first edition witnessed broad participation of 54 academic studies from 15 Arab countries competing for the award.
