Under the Auspices of Prof. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Bukhaiti, President of Sana’a University, the Migration, Refugee, and IDP Studies Center at the University will hold a moot court for students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
The moot court serves as a practical application of the knowledge and skills students acquired during a training course that included a series of lectures and working paper delivered under the supervision of professors and trainers. The course ran from September 14, until the day of the moot court, with the aim of refining students’ skills and providing them with practical experience in legal proceedings and courtroom practices.
