The thesis target of concept clarification International Refugees protection , source, the concept of asylum,reasons,motives,to know the most important righrs of asylum seekers and the role international organizations des droits refugees and providing his right.

According to thesis findings:
There is no clear definition of asylum seekers.
asylum seekers were most often expelled right to grounds national security and legitimate sovereign right .
Many states to enacted laws regulations for asylum, gave a silver lining
Despite conditions experincing , yemen is the only one to enacted laws for asylum in 1990 and acceptance Somali refugeesin the first time,apply islamic law to protecation of asylum seekers and give them large concession.
many casualties among asylum seekers in states borders most of them women and children ,arguments of there are not complying with laws.
intentionally lose of protection of asylum seekers and dont saved them, that no judicial bod and regulator ,have the power and to accountable and punished to rights violations.

The student made a number of recommendation:
Add a new protocol or convention covering the previous shortage and in line with today’s living reality.
Outreach activites related to the convention 1951 of refugee and the protocol thereafter1967 and other conventions related,to increasing the number of states parties to these convention.
(HCR’s) operationalfor Refugees should seek to identify the difficulies and obstacles facing states in joining.

The disscussion was attended by a number of academics , researchers, studet’s , intersted parties and researcher colleagues in the maters programme at the centre.
