A seminar session for the student/Ismail Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutwakel, which was entitled: “Security Council (UNSC) resolutions and the extent of their violations of the UN Charter during the aggression against Yemen in 2015-2023”
A seminar session was held on Thursday 5/12/2024 at the Migration, Refugee & IDPs studies center- Sana ‘a University (MRISC) to discuss the master’s thesis plan for the student/Ismail Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutwakel, which was entitled: “Security Council (UNSC) resolutions and the extent of their violations of the UN Charter during the aggression against Yemen in 2015-2023”
It is clear from the title how importance of the subject that the study will address the legal controls and procedures of UN Security Council resolutions related to Yemen’s affairs, the validity and integrity of the procedures for issuing these resolutions and their compatibility with the rules and provisions of the Charter.
The seminar was discussed in the presence of a number of faculty members and the management of the center supervised by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Al-Emad.
Through the discussion, there was many observations that serve the subject and ensure knowledge addition.
At the end of the discussion session, supervision was approved with some observations and amendments enriched.
