approved the recommendations of the committee appointed by the Council, as recorded in the minutes of its seventh meeting held on 10\/7\/1447 AH (30\/12\/2025 CE). This committee was tasked with studying the issue of the Level Improvement Diploma and the Diploma for Non-Specialized Master&#8217;s students wishing to enroll in programs outside their field of specialization, taking into account remedial courses and developing a mechanism to regulate the educational process in accordance with the postgraduate studies regulations. The committee reached the following conclusions:<\/h4><h4><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">First:<\/span><\/strong> Students with a &#8220;Pass&#8221; grade and in the same specialization will be subject to the postgraduate studies regulations of Yemeni universities regarding the Level Improvement Diploma.<\/h4><h4><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Second:<\/span><\/strong> Students with non-specialized grades and a grade of Good or higher are subject to the relevant University Council resolutions \u2013 specifically, University Council Resolution No. (10) issued on December 12,
