Mr. Abdulkhaliq Mohammed Ahmed Al-Junaid <\/strong>was awarded a PhD degree in Population Studies <\/strong>for his dissertation titled: The Reality of Implementing Total Quality Management in Developing Job Performance at the Ministry of Civil Service in Light of the National Vision for Building the Modern Yemeni State<\/em><\/strong>, which was submitted to the Population Studies and Training Center \u2013 Sana\u2019a University. The dissertation defense was held on Monday, February 2, 2026<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n
