Mr. Adel Yahya Ahmed Kamel <\/strong>was awarded a Master’s degree in Educational Administration <\/strong>\u200e<\/strong>with an average of (Excellent<\/strong>) and a grade of (95%<\/strong>) for his thesis titled: Training Needs of Administrative Leaders in the Ministry of Education in Light of the National Vision for Building the Modern Yemeni State (2030)<\/em><\/strong>, which was submitted to the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, <\/strong>Faculty of Education, Sana\u2019a University. The MA defense was held on Wednesday, May 25, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The thesis aimed to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identify the training needs of administrative leaders in the Ministry of Education in light of the National Vision for Building the Modern Yemeni State (2030), as perceived by the leaders themselves.<\/li>\n
  • Determine the extent of these training needs in areas of Institutional capacity-building, administrative development, Human development, effective leadership, E-management, and digital transformation<\/li>\n
  • Explore whether statistically significant differences exist in the perceptions of administrative leaders based on variables such as gender, academic qualification, job title, years of experience, and number of previous training courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The research yielded several key findings as follows:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • The highest training needs identified among administrative leaders were in the area of e-management and digital transformation.<\/li>\n
    • There were no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level based on gender, years of experience, or the number of previous training courses.<\/li>\n
    • Statistically significant differences were observed in the domain of institutional capacity-building and administrative development, attributable to academic qualification and job title.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The researcher proposed several recommendations, including:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • The development of training programs for administrative leaders tailored to the actual needs identified, in alignment with the National Vision.<\/li>\n
      • The design of specialized training programs targeting academic leaders, senior administrative staff, and executive supervisors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The thesis defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, and interested participants, along with the researcher\u2019s colleagues and family members.<\/p>\n
