Mr. Salah Jameel Shaif Al-<\/strong>Ariqi<\/strong> was awarded a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a grade of (Excellent<\/strong>) and an average of (95%<\/strong>) for his thesis titled ” The Impact of Supply Chain Management on Project Management in the Logistics Sector of Universal Group of Companies<\/strong>“, which was submitted to the Center of Business Administration for Graduate Studies – Sana’a University. The defense was held on Saturday, 16\/08\/2025<\/strong>, corresponding to Safar 22, 1447 <\/strong>Hijri.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>The thesis aimed to<\/strong> identify the impact of supply chain management through its dimensions (strategic alliance with suppliers, internal process integration, and customer relationship) on project management in the logistics sector of Universal Group of Companies, with its own dimensions (project time management, project cost management, and project quality management).<\/p>\n

The thesis reached several findings, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • There is a statistically significant impact of supply chain management on project management in the logistics sector of Universal Group of Companies.<\/li>\n
  • The dimension of internal process integration had the greatest impact on project management.<\/li>\n
  • The results showed no impact of strategic alliances with suppliers on project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The thesis concluded with a number of recommendations, such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Focus on implementing strategic alliances with suppliers and strengthening relationships with them to ensure efficient and effective project execution.<\/li>\n
    • Provide training programs to enhance coordination among all parties (suppliers, work team, and customers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The thesis<\/strong> was examined and recommended by the Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance<\/strong> and approval<\/strong>. The defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, interested individuals, in addition to the candidate\u2019s colleagues and family members.<\/p>\n
