Ms. Maimouna Fathallah Ali Mohammed Al-Hawsali \u00a0<\/strong>was awarded a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning <\/strong>with an average of (Excellent<\/strong>) and a grade of (95%)<\/strong> for her thesis titled: Strategic Agility and Its Relationship to Competitive Ability in Private Schools in the Capital Secretariat \u2013 Sana\u2019a<\/em><\/strong>, which was submitted to the Faculty of Education \u2013 Sana\u2019a University. The MA defense was held on Saturday, August 16, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Study aimed to examine the level of strategic agility practice and its relationship to achieving competitive capability among principals of private schools in the Capital Secretariat \u2013 Sana\u2019a, from the perspectives of school principals and vice-principals. It also explored whether there was a statistically significant correlation at the level of (\u03b1 \u2264 0.05) between strategic agility and competitive ability, as well as the influence of demographic and institutional variables (gender, job title, academic qualification, years of experience, school level, school establishment years, and educational district).<\/p>\n

The Study yielded several key findings as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • The overall level of strategic agility practiced by private school principals was rated high<\/strong>, with the following dimensions ranked by mean scores:<\/li>\n
  • Organizational Structure<\/strong> (4.32) \u2013 Very High.<\/li>\n
  • Opportunity Exploration<\/strong> (4.23) \u2013 Very High.<\/li>\n
  • Opportunity Exploitation<\/strong> (4.15) \u2013 High.<\/li>\n
  • Threat Detection<\/strong> (4.12) \u2013 High.<\/li>\n
  • Threat Avoidance<\/strong> (4.05) \u2013 High.<\/li>\n
  • The overall mean score for competitive ability in private schools was 4.31 (Very High), with sub-dimensions ranked:<\/li>\n
  • Cost<\/strong> (4.36) \u2013 Very High.<\/li>\n
  • Productivity<\/strong> (4.33) \u2013 Very High.<\/li>\n
  • Competitive Share<\/strong> (4.29) \u2013 Very High.<\/li>\n
  • Profitability<\/strong> (4.24) \u2013 Very High.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Study concluded with the following recommendations:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Enhancing the dimensions of strategic agility in private schools to improve educational quality and sustain competitive advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Encouraging further in-depth research in the fields of strategic agility and competitive capability in both public and private education sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The defense session was attended by a number of academics, researchers, colleagues, and the researcher\u2019s family members.<\/p>\n

      The Study yielded several key findings as follows:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • The adoption of digital forensic accounting in Yemen is currently at a moderate level, with significant potential for enhancement, particularly through improved funding, training, and regulatory structures.<\/li>\n
      • Strategic collaboration between institutions and government entities is a key success factor in fostering adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The researcher proposed several recommendations, including:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Implementing digital forensic accounting tools (e.g., FTK) and integrating them with financial accounting and auditing systems.<\/li>\n
        • Improving the technical infrastructure, with particular focus on network capacity and cybersecurity systems.<\/li>\n
        • Developing a specialized technical workforce with expertise in digital forensic accounting.<\/li>\n
        • Promoting a culture of digital evidence utilization through interactive training workshops and internal awareness campaigns.<\/li>\n
        • Updating the legal framework by enacting clear and enforceable legislation supporting digital forensic practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The thesis defense was attended by several academics, researchers, students, and interested professionals, along with the researcher’s colleagues and family members.<\/p>\n
