Mr. Ali Mohsen Ali Khassrof <\/strong>was awarded a Master’s degree in in Physical Education<\/strong> for his thesis titled “The Impact of Resistance Training on Improving Muscle Strength in Youth Judo National Team Players in the Republic of Yemen,<\/strong>” which was submitted to Faculty of Physical Education – Sana’a University. The MA defense was held on Saturday, 27 September 2025<\/strong>, corresponding to Rabi’ al-Akhir 5, 1447 <\/strong>Hijri.<\/p>\n

The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The thesis aimed to<\/strong> identify the impact of resistance training on improving the muscle strength of the Yemeni Youth Judo National Team players.<\/p>\n

The thesis reached several findings, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • There are of statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements, favouring the post-measurement. This confirms the effectiveness of resistance training<\/strong> in enhancing muscle strength and its various components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The thesis recommended <\/strong>the necessity of Integrating resistance training into the training programs for youth Judo players due to its positive role in elevating the level of physical performance and athletic achievement.<\/p>\n

    The thesis<\/strong> was examined and recommended by the Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance<\/strong> and approval<\/strong>. The defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, interested individuals, in addition to the candidate\u2019s colleagues and family members.<\/p>\n
