Ms.<\/strong> Al-Anood Yahya Rageh Ahmed Al-Mohammedi<\/strong> was awarded a Master’s degree in Curricula and Methods of Teaching Mathematics with an average of (Excellent<\/strong>) and a grade of (95%)<\/strong> for her thesis titled “The Impact of Electronic Educational Games on Developing Computational Fluency Skills for Primary School Students in Yemen<\/strong>,” which was submitted to Faculty of Education- Sana\u2019a University. The defense was held on Saturday, September 30, 2025<\/strong>, corresponding to Rabi’ al-Akhir 8, 1447 <\/strong>Hijri.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The thesis aimed to<\/strong> investigate the effectiveness of using electronic educational games in developing computational fluency skills (Speed, Accuracy, Flexibility) among primary school students, and to measure its impact compared to traditional teaching methods.<\/p>\n

The thesis <\/strong>reached the following main findings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • There is a positive and statistically significant of using electronic educational games in improving students\u2019 computational fluency level.<\/li>\n
  • The experimental group, which was taught using electronic games, outperformed the control group, which was taught using the conventional method.<\/li>\n
  • The potential for integrating interactive technology as an effective tool to make mathematics learning more engaging and profound.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The thesis <\/strong>concluded with several important recommendations<\/strong>, most notably:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Integrating carefully designed electronic educational games into the mathematics curriculum.<\/li>\n
    • Training teachers on the mechanisms for employing digital games in the classroom.<\/li>\n
    • Providing the necessary infrastructure (devices, internet) to support this orientation in primary schools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The thesis was examined and recommended by the MA Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance and approval. The defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, and interested individuals, in addition to the candidate\u2019s colleagues and family members.<\/p>\n
