Mr. Abdullah Rassam Hezam Abu Hurrash <\/strong>was awarded a Master\u2019s Degree in Physical Education <\/strong>with for his thesis titled: The Impact of a Proposed Training Program Using Selected Coordinative Abilities on Improving the Skill Performance of Football Academy Juniors in the Capital Secretariat\u2013Sana\u2019a<\/em><\/strong>, which was submitted to Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Physical Education \u2013 Sana\u2019a University. The MA defense was held on Thursday, November 27, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The study aimed to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identify the effect of a proposed training program using selected coordinative abilities on improving the skill performance of football academy juniors in the Capital Secretariat-Sana\u2019a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The main findings of the study revealed that:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Statistically significant differences were found in skill performance levels (shooting accuracy, heading the ball, dribbling between markers, passing and receiving) between the pre- and post-tests, in favor of the post-test.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinative abilities training demonstrated a positive effect on the performance of the essential skills under study (shooting, passing, heading, dribbling).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Giving greater attention to training coordinative abilities related to fundamental football skills due to their positive impact on improving performance and accuracy.<\/li>\n
      • Conducting similar studies on different age groups and in other sports.<\/li>\n
      • Designing appropriate training loads to develop coordinative abilities among junior football players in accordance with sound scientific principles.<\/li>\n
      • Developing physical fitness components and coordinative abilities through specialized training programs tailored to each age category, in line with the scientific foundations applied in the research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The defense session was attended by faculty members, researchers, students, colleagues, and the researcher\u2019s family.<\/p>\n
