Mr.<\/strong> Hussein Ahmed Abdulrahman Ghamdhan <\/strong>was awarded a Master’s degree in the major of Business Administration with an average of (Excellent<\/strong>) and a grade of (95%<\/strong>) for his thesis titled, “The Impact of Talent Management on Entrepreneurial Strategies: A Field Study on Mobile Telecommunications Companies in Yemen<\/strong>,” which was submitted to the Faculty of Commerce and Economics – Sana\u2019a University. The defense was held on Monday, March 9, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Post-Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The study aimed to<\/strong> analyze the impact of talent management on entrepreneurial strategies within the Yemeni telecommunications companies.<\/p>\n

The study yielded several significant findings<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • There is a statistically significant impact of talent management on entrepreneurial strategies within the surveyed companies.<\/li>\n
  • The study found that talent management practices within the surveyed companies are currently at a moderate level<\/strong> across all three key dimensions.<\/li>\n
  • The “Talent Retention”<\/strong> dimension was identified as the strongest and most influential driver of entrepreneurial strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Based on these findings, the study recommends<\/strong> that telecommunications firms:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • The study emphasizes the necessity of adopting Talent Management as a fundamental strategic approach within the surveyed companies to drive organizational success.<\/li>\n
    • There is a critical need to upgrade the application of talent management practices, moving from the current moderate level to a higher, more competitive performance standard.<\/li>\n
    • Companies must give top priority to Talent Retention policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n

      The study <\/strong>was examined and recommended by the MA Viva-Voce Committee for acceptance and approval. The defense was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, and interested individuals, in addition to the candidate\u2019s colleagues and family members.<\/p>\n
