Ms. Haifa Sailan Ahmed Sailan <\/strong>was awarded an Executive \u200eMaster\u2019s Degree in Public Administration <\/strong>for her thesis titled: The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Administrative Creativity at the National Center for Public Health Laboratories \u2013 Main Center, Sana\u2019a<\/em><\/strong>, <\/em>which was submitted to the Center of Public Administration \u200e\u2013 Sana\u2019a University. The MA defense was held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The study aimed to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Examine the impact of strategic leadership on administrative creativity at the National Center for Public Health Laboratories in light of the challenges facing public health institutions in Yemen.\u200e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The study yielded a number of key findings summarized as follows:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • The level of strategic leadership at the center was moderate.<\/li>\n
    • The level of administrative creativity at the center was also found to be moderate.\u200e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In light of these findings, the researcher recommended the following:\u200e<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Periodically developing the strategic orientation and enhancing investment in human capital through training and motivation.<\/li>\n
      • Adopting participatory decision-making mechanisms and fostering an organizational culture that supports creativity.<\/li>\n
      • Developing workplace ethics programs to contribute to improving the level of administrative creativity.\u200e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The defense session was attended by a number of academics, researchers, students, colleagues, and the researcher\u2019s family.<\/p>\n
