The MA defense was held on <strong>Thursday, September 17, 2026\u200e\u200e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The MA Viva-voce Committee, which was formed based on a resolution issued by the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Council, consisted of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Abduljabbar Al-Tayyib Ameen Al-Noor<\/strong> \u2013 Sana\u2019a University \u2013 Internal Examiner and Committee Chair.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Prof. Anwar Yahya Yahya Abu Hadi<\/strong> \u2013 Sana\u2019a University \u2013 Co-Supervisor and Committee Member.<\/li>\n<li><strong> Prof. Nada Mansour Khushafa<\/strong> \u2013 Ibb University \u2013 External Examiner and Committee Member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The thesis aimed to identify the level of organizational climate and the state of innovative leadership across its dimensions among principals of private schools in the Capital Secretariat, Sana\u2019a, from the perspective of teachers in those schools. \u00a0It also sought to determine the nature of the relationship between organizational climate and innovative leadership.<\/p>\n<p>The study yielded several key findings summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The level of organizational climate among principals of private schools in the Capital Secretariat, as perceived by the study sample, was \u201chigh,\u201d with an overall arithmetic mean of 3.90 and a relative weight of 78%.<\/li>\n<li>The organizational structure dimension recorded the highest arithmetic mean, at 4.21, with a relative weight of 84.2%, corresponding to a \u201cvery high\u201d level.<\/li>\n<li>The administrative communication within the school dimension followed, with an arithmetic mean of 3.83 and a relative weight of 76.6%.<\/li>\n<li>The participation in decision-making dimension recorded the lowest arithmetic mean, at 3.68, with a relative weight of 73.6%, corresponding to a \u201chigh\u201d level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In light of these findings, the researcher recommended that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educational district administrations and private schools in the Capital Secretariat ensure staffing with personnel whose specializations and assignments align with their roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Private school in the Capital Secretariat administrations provide appropriate opportunities to strengthen human relationships within schools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.The thesis defense was attended by faculty members, researchers, students, and interested participants as well as the researcher&#8217;s colleagues and family members<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
