Water and Environment Center holds Scientific Lecture on Artificial Intelligence

As part of its academic activities, Water and Environment Center (WEC) at Sana’a University ‎organized a specialized lecture on Saturday morning titled “Artificial Intelligence in Support of ‎Environmental Sustainability.” The lecture was delivered by Eng. Huthaifa Al-Mazloum, one of ‎Yemen’s promising experts in the field of artificial intelligence.‎

The lecture explored the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and their applications in ‎improving water management and promoting environmental sustainability amid the pressing ‎water challenges facing Yemen.‎

During the event, the Center’s Deputy Director, Prof. Fadhl Al-Nuzaili, emphasized the importance ‎of the topic and its relevance to the Center’s orientation towards environmental innovation. ‎

The lecture was held at the Prof. Abdullah Babqi Hall at the Center, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., and ‎was attended by a number of master’s and doctoral students, researchers, and faculty members ‎from Sana’a University.‎

This academic activity stands as part of with the Center’s vision to fostering the integration of ‎scientific research and modern technologies in support of sustainable development in Yemen.‎
