Water and Environment Center holds Scientific Lecture on Artificial Intelligence

As part of its academic activities, Water and Environment Center (WEC) at Sana’a University organized a specialized lecture on Saturday morning titled “Artificial Intelligence in Support of Environmental Sustainability.” The lecture was delivered by Eng. Huthaifa Al-Mazloum, one of Yemen’s promising experts in the field of artificial intelligence.
The lecture explored the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and their applications in improving water management and promoting environmental sustainability amid the pressing water challenges facing Yemen.
During the event, the Center’s Deputy Director, Prof. Fadhl Al-Nuzaili, emphasized the importance of the topic and its relevance to the Center’s orientation towards environmental innovation.
The lecture was held at the Prof. Abdullah Babqi Hall at the Center, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., and was attended by a number of master’s and doctoral students, researchers, and faculty members from Sana’a University.
This academic activity stands as part of with the Center’s vision to fostering the integration of scientific research and modern technologies in support of sustainable development in Yemen.
