The memorandum was signed by Dr. Taha M. Al-Washali, Director of the Water and Environment Center, and Eng. Abdul Salam M. Al-Hakimi, Deputy Assistant of the Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and Water.<\/p>\n<p>This step aims to support of water service providers with scientific studies and professional consultations, as well as to contribute to the development of practical policies and strategies for more effective water resources management and the sustainable provision of water services.<\/p>\n<p><img
