{"id":12088,"date":"2025-03-29T17:34:03","date_gmt":"2025-03-29T17:34:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/su.edu.ye\/wec\/?p=12088"},"modified":"2025-03-29T17:34:03","modified_gmt":"2025-03-29T17:34:03","slug":"approval-of-a-phd-research-proposal-by-seham-shujaa-al-deen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/su.edu.ye\/wec\/12088\/","title":{"rendered":"Approval of a PhD Research Proposal by Seham Shuja&#8217;a Al-deen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A public scientific seminar was convened at the Water and Environment Center&#8217;s Integrated Water Resources Management Department on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 (Ramadan 25, 1446 AH), to evaluate Seham Fadl Shuja&#8217;a Al-Deen&#8217;s PhD research proposal.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal, &#8220;Development of Affordable Nanotechnology-based Water Treatment Process for Urban Rainwater Harvesting Systems in Sana&#8217;a, Yemen,&#8221; was presented by the researcher.<\/p>\n<p>During the seminar, researcher Seham detailed her research plan, encompassing the problem definition, primary and secondary objectives, methodology, materials, and the sequential steps for execution.<\/p>\n<p>A committee, including Prof. Leu Gutierrez (Ghent University), Prof. Yasmine Jamil (Sana&#8217;a University), and supervisors Assoc.
