The program’s research-based approach enables business leaders across various sectors to manage their operations effectively while simultaneously working on their PhD dissertations, gaining both theoretical and practical understanding of the latest administrative models and theories.
PhD Program Guidelines
- Appointment of a supervisor.
- Selection and registration of the PhD dissertation title with the National Information Center.
- Submission of the research proposal in accordance with the center’s specified standards for review. Once approved, the student is officially enrolled in the program.
- For students with an academic master’s degree, they must publish two papers based on their dissertation, one in an ISI or Scopus-indexed journal and the other in the Sana’a University Journal.
- For students with an executive master’s degree, they are required to publish three papers, two of which must be in ISI or Scopus-indexed journals, and the third in the Sana’a University Journal.
- Compliance with the center’s guidelines for writing theses and dissertations.
- The dissertation must undergo a plagiarism check using Turnitin, the center’s approved platform.
- Students from non-administrative disciplines must complete 12 courses before proceeding with the previously mentioned steps.
