Translation Unit
The Center has a specialized translation unit equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technologies necessary for accomplishing translation tasks with precision and excellence. It serves as the only official and authorized governmental body entrusted with translating official documents to and from all foreign languages for governmental bodies, public institutions as well as various private and mixed-sector institutions. The translation procedures are conducted by specialized and exceptionally skilled translators boasting extensive experience in translating to and from more than twenty active foreign languages.
The CCTLT is the sole government body accredited for translation services by all national and international governmental bodies, including:

Translation Services
The CCTLT offers translation services between Arabic and over 20 foreign languages across various fields, including:
Translating business records, agreements, contracts, Chamber of Commerce membership cards, and all types of documents pertaining to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Translating books, magazines, scientific and cultural publications, reports, and similar materials.
Translating various documents such as educational records (for equivalency, accreditation, grants, etc.), personal identification documents (passports, IDs, family cards), marital documents (marriage certificates, divorce decrees), vital records (birth certificates, death certificates), criminal records, and more.
Translating brochures, guidelines, booklets, etc.
Translating medical reports.
Translating legal documents including property deeds, evidentiary documents, court judgments, etc.
Translating audio and video materials
Subtitling and Dubbing

Document Translation Requirements
Kindly provide the following:
Two legible copies of the documents intended for translation along with the original for verification.
Name as per passport for translations from Arabic to other languages (we comply to the name as stated in the document).
Contact number of the requester for possible communication needs.
Instructions
Translated documents are usually available for collection within 24 hours starting from 10 am on the second day following submission, excluding commercial documents.
For translations to/from less common languages (Russian, German, French, etc.), please reach out to us before your visit, as translation may require two to three days for these languages.
Translation fees are determined based on the center’s approved financial system, offering competitive costs compared to the labor market.
Translation fees are assessed per page.
An identical duplicate of each translated document is provided free of charge, while any additional copies are subject to a fee of 200 Riyals per page.
