The Training & Qualification Unit at the CCTLT

In light of the rapid advancements in the fields of science and technology during the era of digital transformation, and the increasing demand for translation across various sectors like business, technology, medicine, law, and media, the need for specialized training has become indispensable. The Training & Qualification Unit at the CCTLT was established in 2024 as a vital component of developing the linguistic and professional competencies of translators. It aims to provide comprehensive and specialized training programs that focus on teaching various types of translation. By doing so, it contributes to the preparation of professional translators capable of meeting the growing needs of the labor market, with a strong emphasis on quality in both academic and practical education.

We emphasize the importance of combining theory with practice; therefore, our courses incorporate practical training and interactive workshops. This method enables participants to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts. The development of cultural and linguistic understanding enhances translators’ ability to deliver accurate translations that capture the essence of the original text. Furthermore, our direct collaboration with the Translation Unit at the CCTLT, along with various institutions and service providers, ensures the delivery of exceptional educational content that reflects the latest trends and technologies in the field of translation.
