Sana’a University CCTLT Hosts Field Visit for Al-Suada School Students

The Community Center for Translation and Language Teaching (CCTLT) at Sana’a University today hosted a field visit by students from Al-Suada Private Schools as part of its efforts to strengthen community engagement and highlight the role of the University and its specialized centers in serving education and society.
The delegation was received by the Center’s Director, Prof. Ibraheem Tagaddeen, and the Academic Supervisor of the Language Teaching Department, Ms. Riham Al-Qubati, along with several teachers and staff of the Center. They welcomed the students and provided a brief overview of the Center’s mission, objectives, and academic and training programs.
During the visit, which included both the Faculty of Languages and the Center, students were introduced to the key services offered by the CCTLT, its role in developing linguistic skills and supporting the educational process, as well as its contributions to enhancing translation profession and providing services to institutions and individuals.
Students also learned about the training courses offered by the Center in language teaching, which include English, German, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, French, Persian, Turkish, and other foreign languages, in addition to diverse training programs designed to meet the needs of different age groups and educational levels.

Center officials emphasized the importance of such orientation visits in guiding students and encouraging them to pursue language learning, given its vital role in building academic and cultural capacities and opening broader horizons for communication and knowledge.

This visit forms part of the Center’s activities aimed at strengthening partnerships with public and private educational institutions, promoting its programs and services, and consolidating its role as a leading center in translation, language teaching, and community service.
