The Center for Economic and Financial Studies and Research at the University of Sana’a organized a discussion session (seminar) to present PhD thesis proposals in the field of accounting on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the center’s premises located between the University Presidency building and the faculty members’ residential area.
The seminar included the following thesis titles:
1. *Researcher Muhammad Hassan Muhammad Qasim*, who presented his thesis titled “A Proposed Approach to Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques to Improve the Quality of External Audits in the Era of Big Data: An Applied Study on Audit Firms and Companies Operating in Yemen.”
2. *Researcher Mubarak Qaed Qaed Al-Jamrah*, who presented his thesis titled “The Impact of Integrating Auditing and Internal Auditing in Reducing Banking Risks in Light of Cybersecurity Technology: A Field Study in Yemeni Banks.”
3. *Researcher Issam Abdu Hamoud Al-Salahi*, who discussed his thesis titled “A Proposed Framework for Integrating Corporate Governance and Balanced Scorecard in Performance Development from the Perspective of Sustainable Development: A Field Study from the Viewpoint of Yemeni Certified Accountants.”
The discussion session was attended by a number of academics, graduate students, and interested individuals.
