Entrance Exam:
The entrance exam is administered within departments that require it. After the application stage, during which eligible applicants submit their applications for the entrance exam, based on the general admission policy, through the electronic portalhttps://oasyemen.net, the University Council determines a specific timeframe. This schedule is based on the recommendations from the faculty councils and the Student Affairs Council, as well as the approval by the Supreme Council of Yemeni Universities. Upon payment of the required fees at either the Yemeni Post Office or KAKbank, the exam entry number is provided on the fee payment slip.
The exam process is automated via computer. Students access the exam using their entry number provided in their fee payment slips. After completing the exam, the student’s result is displayed immediately upon pressing the “Exam Finish” button.

Place of Entrance Exam: Electronic Testing Center, Faculty of Dentistry.
Exam time: Upon payment of the fees, each applicant will receive an SMS notification at the phone number they have provided. This message will indicate the location, time, and hall number for the exam.
Instructions for Students by the Electronic Testing Center:
- Present the following required documents upon entering the exam hall:
- Original High School Certificate for verification purposes.
- Original fee payment slip.
- ID card.
- Sit on the seat allocated to you in the exam hall.
- Maintain a calm demeanor while in the Electronic Testing Center.
- Arrive at the Electronic Testing Center at least half an hour before the scheduled exam start time.
- Ensure that you have answered all the questions before clicking to end the exam.
- Sign the attendance and exam result sheets upon completing the exam.
Differentiation Stage:
An automated differentiating admission process is conducted for all students, resulting in an outcome arranged in descending order from the highest score to the lowest. Subsequently, the requisite number of students is selected based on the capacity and official lists signed by the exam committee members and approved by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and the Rector.
