A Seminar for Master’s Thesis Proposalof Ms. Amal Alramai

Department of Translation at Faculty of Languages – Sana’a University, held a Master’s thesis proposal seminar for Ms.Amal Ahmed AhmedAlramai. The proposal, titled “Loss and Gain in Translating Islamic Texts for Children: A Collection of Translated Hadith for Children as a Case Study,” was presented and discussed.
The thesisis supervised by Dr. Abdulwadood Ahmed Abdu Annuzaili.
The Examination Committee comprised the following faculty members:

During the session, the candidate presented her academic research plan, detailing the thesis objectives, significance, methodology, the underlying theoretical and conceptual framework, in addition to the proposed hypotheses and analytical tools.
After a thorough discussion and deliberation, the committee formally approved the candidate’s thesis proposal. They commended her scholarly efforts and highlighted the significance of the topic to the field of translation studies.
The seminar was attended by several interested academics and postgraduate students from the faculty.
