Faculty of Languages at Sana’a University Hosts Field Visit for Al-Suada School Students

The Faculty of Languages at Sana’a University welcomed students from Al-Suada Private Schools for a ‎field visit on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. The visit aimed to introduce the students to the ‎Faculty’s academic programs and familiarize them with the university’s environment and ‎educational facilities.‎

The delegation was received by the Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Dr. Mohammed Al-‎Nasser, and the Head of the Translation Department, Dr. Mujeeb Qasim, who expressed their ‎delight at the visit. They provided a brief overview of the Faculty of Languages, its various ‎departments, and the academic and educational services it offers. They also presented a ‎comprehensive overview of the diverse colleges and specializations available at Sana’a ‎‎University.‎

During the visit, the students toured the Faculty’s facilities, including its departments, language ‎laboratories, and lecture halls, where they were briefed on the nature of university study and ‎the importance of linguistic specializations in developing academic and cultural skills.‎

The visit also included a stop at the Community Center for Translation and Language Teaching, ‎where students learned about the services the Center provides to the community and the ‎training courses it offers in language teaching, including English, German, Spanish, and ‎Chinese.‎

This visit reflects the Faculty of Languages’ commitment to strengthening engagement with ‎educational institutions, promoting its academic programs, and encouraging school students to ‎pursue linguistic specializations and higher education.‎
