A training course on time management skills
Sponsored by the Deanship of the College of Science, a training course on time management skills was held today, Sunday, Rajab 12, 1446 AH, corresponding to 1/12/2025, delivered by A.M.D. Ibtisam Al-Hamzi.
Dr. Al-Hamzi explained that time is one of the most important resources we have in our lives, and it is the only element that cannot be replaced or recovered once it passes.
She emphasized that managing time effectively is the key to achieving success and happiness in various aspects of our lives.
She said that time management means living consciously and appreciating every moment that passes us by. It means setting goals, planning to achieve them, and setting priorities so that we can achieve work-life balance. Pointing out that thanks to good time management, we can achieve great achievements without feeling stressed and exhausted.
She added that a person who is good at managing his time knows how to benefit from every minute of his day, and how to take advantage of the available opportunities to develop his skills and achieve his goals. He is a person who knows when to rest to renew his energy, and when to work hard to achieve his dreams.
The training course was attended by a group of faculty members and students from different levels.
