Public Administration Center at Sana’a University Reviews Ph.D. Dissertation Proposal by Researcher Faiz Al-Khawlani
SANA’A, Yemen — The Public Administration Center at Sana’a University hosted an academic defense session today to review and discuss a Ph.D. dissertation proposal presented by researcher Faiz Al-Khawlani, titled “The Role of E-Management in Enhancing Organizational Excellence Through Governance Guidelines.”
The dissertation research is conducted under the primary supervision of Prof. Tawfiq Al-Sanabani. The defense and examination committee comprised:
- Prof. Abdulkarim Qasem Al-Sayaghi – Internal Examiner and Committee Chair
- Prof. Abdulkhaleq Tawaf – External Examiner
- Dr. Khaled Al-Qaidani – Internal Examiner
During the session, Al-Khawlani outlined the core components of his research framework, detailing the study’s objectives, significance, methodology, theoretical scope, working hypotheses, and proposed analytical tools.
Following a thorough evaluation, committee members provided constructive feedback and academic recommendations to refine and enhance the proposal before officially approving it.
The committee emphasized the critical relevance of the study, noting that it addresses contemporary management concepts designed to elevate institutional performance, administrative efficiency, and organizational effectiveness amid the modern transition toward digital governance and structured frameworks.
The session was attended by several faculty members, doctoral candidates, and researchers specializing in public administration and institutional development.
