Center for Public Administration Holds PhD Dissertation Proposal Seminar for Researcher Abdullah Da’aer

The Center for Public Administration (CPA) at Sana’a University held a seminar today to review the PhD dissertation proposal submitted by researcher Abdullah Da’aer, entitled “The Impact of Organizational Resilience on Enhancing Institutional Performance in Higher Education Institutions through Crisis Management: A Field Study on Public Universities.” The proposal was supervised by Prof. Ali Al-Awadhi, the main supervisor.
The discussion and evaluation committee comprised:
1. Associate Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Makhlafi – Chair and Examiner
2. Dr. Khaled Al-Qaidani – Committee Member and Examiner
3. Dr. Afrah Al-Ammari – Committee Member and Examiner
During the seminar, the researcher presented his dissertation proposal, outlining the study’s objectives and significance, research methodology, theoretical and conceptual framework, proposed hypotheses, and analytical tools.
Following an extensive discussion, the committee approved the dissertation proposal, commending the researcher’s efforts and emphasizing the significance of the proposed study in enhancing institutional performance and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative practices in light of the transformations taking place in modern management.
