About the Public Administration Center:

The rapid development in advanced countries relies heavily on the outputs of educational institutions, particularly universities and research centers. Recognizing this, the Public Administration Center was established to align with the Yemeni government’s initiatives, particularly in developing and qualifying administrative leaders tasked with realizing national aspirations and official aspirations in the realm of administrative development, with the goal of achieving comprehensive and sustainable development in Yemen.

To address the specific challenges and transformations facing public administration in Yemen, the Yemeni government, represented by Sana’a University, established a partnership with the Dutch government, represented by the Institute of Public Administration (ROI), and Leiden University. This collaboration resulted in the establishment of an Executive Master’s Program in Public Administration. The program focuses on preparing and qualifying administrative leaders within government bodies, public institutions, and civil society organizations.
