Department of Islamic Studies at Faculty of Arts and Humanities Discusses Ph.D. Dissertation Proposal for Student Mohammed Hussein Isa

SANA’A— Department of Islamic Studies at Sana’a University held a seminar session to discuss the Ph.D. dissertation proposal presented by the candidate Mohammed Hussein Abdullah Isa. The study is titled: “The Impact of Qur’anic Context on the Exegesis of Sayyid Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi in his Exegesis (Al-Taysir Fi Al-Tafsir),” conducted under the supervision of Dr. Kawthar Al-Mekhlafi.
The defense and viva voce committee comprised the following faculty members:

During the session, the researcher presented his academic proposal, outlining the study’s objectives, significance, methodology, and structural chapters.
Following an extensive discussion by the committee members, the panel approved the research proposal, praising the researcher’s efforts and the importance of the study in serving the fields of Qur’an exegesis and Qur’anic sciences. The seminar was attended by several faculty members, interested researchers, and graduate students from the department.
