Discussion of the Master’s Thesis in the Population Studies, specializing in Population Studies, at the Population Studies and Training Center at the University of Sana’a, regarding his thesis titled “The Role of Foreign Oil Companies in Development of the Local Community (A Field Study on a Sample of the Population in Hadhramaut Governorate)
The researcher Abdul Aziz Muhammad Abdullah Awd Al-Hashimi has been awarded a Master’s degree with excellence in the Population Studies, specializing in Population Studies, at the Center for Training and Population Studies at the University of Sana’a for his thesis titled ” The Role of Foreign Oil Companies in Development of the Local Community (A Field Study on a Sample of the Population in Hadhramaut Governorate)” This took place today, Saturday, November 9, 2024.

The study aimed to pay attention to the role of foreign oil companies in developing the local community, identify the various roles they play to achieve its development, and reveal the most important obstacles that prevent foreign oil companies from performing their role in developing the local community. As well as clarifying the correlation between the roles played by foreign oil companies towards the local community, and identifying the impact of some variables on the members of the study sample related to their attitudes towards the role of foreign oil companies in developing the local community. In his study, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach to monitor and describe the various services and activities carried out by companies, with the aim of classifying the various roles they play towards the local community. The researcher also resorted to the field social survey method using the sample method in investigation and analysis and then arriving at final conclusions and making recommendations.
