Water and Environment Center Organizes Training Course on Data Collection and Survey Tools for Field Surveys

The Water and Environment Center at Sana’a University organized today a training course entitled “Using Data Collection and Survey Tools in Field Surveys” at the Center’s premises, with the participation of a number of researchers, professionals, and individuals interested in field surveys and data collection.
The course was delivered by Dr. Ameen Dabwan, who addressed a range of topics related to practical tools and methods used in field data collection, as well as the principles of designing and preparing questionnaires and methods of administering them, in ways that contribute to improving data quality and accuracy and enhancing its reliability.
The course aimed to equip participants with the basic knowledge and skills required to use data collection tools and questionnaires effectively and to strengthen their capacity to conduct field surveys using sound scientific and methodological approaches.
The course forms part of the Water and Environment Center’s efforts at Sana’a University to build capacities and develop skills and knowledge related to water, the environment, and field research, thereby contributing to the advancement of scientific practices and supporting sustainable development efforts.
The Center continues to implement training and awareness-raising programs aimed at serving the community, promoting sound scientific knowledge and practices in the fields of water and the environment, and developing the capacities of researchers and professionals interested in these areas.
