Requirements for admission to the program

  • Required Documents:

– The original academic qualification along with an authenticated copy, or its equivalent from the Ministry of Higher Education.

-The original transcript (academic record) along with a certified copy of the transcript from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

-A copy of the identification card (for Yemenis)/or a copy of the copy of passport + residence permit (for non-Yemenis).

-6 recent passport photos (4 x 6) with white background.

-Filled postgraduate application

Conditions to progressing in studying and completing the program

Admission to the postgraduate programs at Sana’a University requires the following:

 Master program

  • The required qualification is a bachelor’s degree in engineering, agriculture, science, petroleum and natural resources, or any other specialization, provided that the candidate has at least five years of work experience in the water and environment sector.
  • Obtaining a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum grade GOOD.
  • Original graduation documents (for local university graduates), certified graduation documents by the Yemeni Ministry of Higher Education (for regional or international universities graduates)
  • Passing the acceptance test or personal interview in accordance with the regulations in force.
  • The required qualification is a bachelor’s degree in engineering, agriculture, science, petroleum and natural resources, or any other specialization, provided that the candidate has at least five years of work experience in the water and environment sector.
  • Postgraduate application form.
  • Tuition fees to be paid at registration.
  • Passing the computer skills test.
  • The applicant must not have been dismissed from any other university for disciplinary reasons.
  • It is not permissible to accept two study programs simultaneously inside the center.

Admission requirements for PhD Program

Required qualification for admission to the program:

Master’s degree in Integrated Water Resources Management or a Master’s degree in a water-related specialization, as defined by the program’s admission regulations.
