Summary:

Dr.IbtihalMadar Master’s degree in Microbiology, Sana’a University, Bachelor’s degree in Dental Medicine and Surgery, Sana’a University. I worked with Sana’a University and worked as a supervisor in the Department of Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry and Preventive Dentistry in Sana’a Clinics – Faculty of Dentistry for five years, then have taught Microbiology and Immunology at Sana’a University – Faculty of Dentistry from 2014 until now

Experience:

·         2014 until now           Teaching  Medical microbiology and Immunology in Sana’a University – dentistry collage

• 2008 TO 2013 working in orthodontic, peadodontic and preventive department as supervisor and as deputy manager of academic control Sana’a University – dentistry collage  .    

• Design and implement the annual plan for students control system in conjunction with highmanagement.
• Analysis the training program processing and improve the quality control.
• Comply with university policy and make sure all students adhere to education rules andprocedures.
• Manage the annual exam operation by selection the monitoring team and carry out the administration issues.
• Supervise the complaints system and provide the students all support they need.
• Coordinate the on job training program for graduated students in Yemeni hospitals andevaluate the annual performance.

Sep 2007 up to present       dental center    working as a Dentist

• Conduct the electronic registration process for patient’s medical history and updated the database.

• Monitoring the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and send the weekly reports to highmanagement.
• Daily treatment of pathological cases as simple extraction, conservative treatment, endodontictreatment, orthodontics, minor oral surgery, etc. And their complications.
• Carry out weekly health and hygiene inspection of patient’s accommodations, clinics and surgery operation room.
• Maintain all medical equipments and make sure of daily material sterilization.
• Carry out regular training for nurses and department administrative assistant and procurementteam.
• Prepare clinic material data sheet and cooperate with procurement department for providingrequirement materials.
• Supervise purchasing team and insurance of financial process and provide the needing assistant.

• Comply with safety and environment international standards and ensure all specifications are met.
