Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Holds Meeting with International Red Cross Representatives

Today morning, Dr. Khaled Saad Alkhamesy the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, held a meeting with Ms. Aida, the the head of the  physical therapy and rehabilitation in the International Red Cross in Yemen. The meeting was attended by faculty members from the Prosthetic and Orthotics Department, as well as the coordinator, Mr. Yasser Al-Imad and the academic official, Dr. Abdul Wahab Hadi .

During this meeting, the progress of the Prosthetic Orthotics program, which has been internationally accredited, was discussed. Ways to improve the performance level and the new support provided to the program were also discussed. The faculty also announced the opening of registration for the new academic year in the Prosthetic  Orthotics course, and the methods of evaluating and selecting the applicants for the program with utmost care.

This meeting comes within the framework of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences’ continuous efforts to develop and improve the distinguished academic programs that meet the needs of the community .
