Meeting of the Risk Management Plan Review Committee at the Sana’a University

Based on the recent decision of the University Council to form a working team comprising several deans of faculties and relevant department directors to review the risk management plan submitted by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and to provide the necessary modifications to ensure its effectiveness.

A meeting was held in the meeting room of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, during which the plan was reviewed and discussed.

During the meeting, a preliminary plan was presented that includes proposals and effective mechanisms for risk management for the university as a whole, along with subsidiary risk management departments that take into account the specificities of various colleges and university facilities. The attendees expressed great interest in the content of the plan, and the importance of coordination among all relevant parties was emphasized. This meeting is part of the university’s efforts to enhance safety and prevent potential risks it may face and to work on its implementation.
